Common Questions

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for larger productions. For premium slots and busy seasons (summer, January), 8–12 weeks is ideal. We do sometimes have last-minute availability — reach out and we'll see what we can arrange.

We're based in the UK and cover all major cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and beyond. We also travel internationally for the right project — travel costs are discussed transparently at the quoting stage.

Photo edits are typically delivered within 5–7 working days. Video productions depend on scope: brand reels are usually 2–3 weeks, documentaries and short films can be 4–8 weeks.

Yes, absolutely. Every project is covered by a professional contract that outlines scope, deliverables, payment terms, usage rights, and revision policies.

We accept bank transfer, card payments, and all major digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due on delivery.

Behind-the-scenes content is available as an add-on for shoots. Raw, ungraded footage is not typically included in our packages but can be licensed separately.
